Coaching Process
At the beginning of the coaching process we need a commitment between the coach and the employee about the requirements and the agreements on targets. Afterwards, they fix the procedure with measures and specific activities. In feedback calls with the employee the coach carries out evaluations and performance reviews. At certain intervals there is asystematic checking of the goals. Coaching can be done "on the job" or on the phone.
